A single barrel bourbon from Wilderness Trail, made with a mash bill of 64% corn, 24% rye and 12% malted barley and matured in a single heavily charred barrel. Aromas of buttered popcorn, cinnamon French toast, salted butter and maple syrup fill the nose, complemented by notes of toffee, caramel, cherry jam and black pepper throughout the palate.
