This is a quirky blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Riesling. The whole bunches of Pinot Noir spends a few days in contact the juice of the the Pinot Gris and Riesling and it is bottled with no sulphur. It is a funky little number with lifted strawberry, cranberry and a red cherry. The palate has a sappy fruity character with griotte cherries, raspberry and a fresh finish. Don’t be afraid to chill this wine down and have it with roasted seabass or monkfish.
