Alipus San Andres Mezcal

The Alipus label is dedicated to finding and distributing traditionally made small village mezcal. San Andrés is made with 90% Espadin and 10% Maguay Bicuishe agaves, roasted in a traditional stone-line pit. It’s rich in smoky cooked agave flavor with sweet caramel on the palate balanced by bright, citrussy acidity.
