Method and Madness Wild Cherry Wood Finish

A limited-edition single pot still Irish whiskey from Method and Madness, matured in ex-bourbon and sherry casks, before being finished in wild cherry wood casks. Aromas of chopped ginger, pine needles, coconut and green leaves fill the nose, complemented by notes of garden herbs, black tea, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper and toasted hazelnuts on the palate.
