Part of Midleton’s Virgin Irish Oak Collection, Tree 6 has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and specially-made Irish oak casks from Knockrath Estate in County Wicklow. Aromas of toasted oak, vanilla, roasted coffee, apples and pears fill the nose, complemented by notes of milk chocolate, honeycomb, white pepper, cream and ginger throughout the palate.
