  • You received the wrong product (e.g., incorrect brand, size, or variant).

  • Your order was lost or did not arrive within the promised delivery timeframe.

Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases due to state and federal alcohol laws.

2. Reporting an Issue

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product, including the packaging

Late claims may not be eligible for refund or reshipment.

3. Refund or Replacement Process

  • If your claim is approved, you may receive:

    • A replacement product (subject to availability), or

    • A full or partial refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, and due to local laws, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened bottles

  • Products not in their original packaging

  • Items requested for return beyond the 48-hour notification period

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the error was on our side (damaged, incorrect, or missing item), we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Otherwise, return shipping (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.
