The 2017 vintage of Kit’s Coty Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from Chapel Down’s 95 acre Kit’s Coty vineyard in Kent’s North Downs. The grapes are hand-harvested and the wine is partially aged in oak barrels before spending three years maturing in bottle before release. The palate is full of tropical fruit and buttered brioche notes that will pair well with shellfish white fish in creamy sauces.
