The Bushmills 21 years old is initially matured in American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels and Spanish ex-Oloroso Sherry casks. This matured whisky is then transferred to?Madeira?casks for the last two years of the 21 years maturation. Delivering?notes of toffee, raisins and orange.
