A 41-year-old blended Scotch whiskey from the 2021 Whiskey Show bottlings, this impressively-aged dram shows off a rich and spicy character. Aromas of fruitcake with glacé cherries, sultanas, raisins, dates, caramel, ginger cake, damp earth, polished oak, candied orange peel and spiced dark chocolate fill the nose. The palate offers notes of singed raisins, fruit loaf, charred oak staves, candied pear, cinnamon toffee and black cherries that linger in the finish.
